Scope of works:

 Erect tubular scaffolding to the building

Prepare and decorate all metal railings/balustrades/handrails to the entire demise.

Clean down, prepare and decorate all windows and doors (frames, cills, mullions, transoms etc.).

Remove all existing areas of reflective film from the windows. Clean down and leave clean and clear.

Assess the condition of all window/door seals, gaskets etc. and repair/replace as required.

Clean down all external elevations brickwork/stonework including banding, coping stones, columns etc.

Clean down all glazed blockwork and grout

Paint gate to the side of the visitors carpark

Decs to concrete bollards.

Decs to all columns

Pigeon netting or similar to prevent guano accumulating adjacent to the visitor’s entrance
