576m2 anti slip floor

This is a Motor Vehicle Engineers workshop.

Our brief is to prepare and paint the floors, install floor markings and a pedestrian gangway.

Also the pit walls, floor and associated pit steelwork.

The work was completed in 2 phases, 2 bays the first week then the remainder the following week

We used vacuum controlled planetary grinding machinery to grind the floors, We blasted the pit floor and steels.

Once the preparation was complete we applied our anti slip system, we installed yellow safety lines around the pits and walkways throughout the workshop
