Fabflex were at the end of its tenancy in this unit and as part of their agreement they were required to recoat the floor.

There was a section of floor that had carpet tiles on, we removed these and the adhesive before coating.

We ground the floor and applied 2 coats of epoxy resin in light grey.

The job took 7 days to complete
